Lost your way, never had a way, or feel like others have a map to life that you were never given? Life happens, but you don't have to struggle through it alone. Together, we'll use CBT to help you find your own path and navigate it your way.
CBT stands for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, an effective evidence-based therapy. You are supported by a therapist to learn about mental health, your mental health. As a qualified CBT therapist, I come alongside you. Giving you mental health knowledge and skills to practice and master. Building up your strength and resilience until you can walk the path alone.
I will help you understand how your history leads to the now. Understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviours; but most importantly, teach you skills to challenge, manage and change.
